While companies spend an enormous amount of time finding the right partner and getting the contract right, the ultimate measure of success lies in making sure the alliance actually delivers on its promise. This workshop used real-life examples spanning 22 years of cross-industry expertise to discuss common problems that impede success and introduce some perspectives, management tools and alliance leadership skills that enable the alliance to achieve the desired goals of the joint entity.
