JMW has been invited by the International Quality & Productivity Center (IQPC) to facilitate an intensive 2-day seminar designed to help alliance participants discover how to get their alliance off the ground as well as reach and sustain peak performance.

Alliance Contracting: Achieving and sustaining peak performance
Are you in an alliance or about to enter one? JMW has over twenty years of experience supporting alliances from early partner selection and formulation through implementation and delivery of breakthrough results. Our approach includes effectively developing the critical leadership competencies needed for alliance success. During this workshop, JMW will share valuable insights and reveal the unique leadership capabilities required at each stage of the alliance lifecycle such that peak performance is achieved and sustained.

Specifically, you'll learn how to:
