Leadership Excellence: A Breakthrough in Performance™is a new leading-edge program designed to dramatically impact the capacity of managers and supervisors to cause a new level of performance in themselves and others. Leadership Excellence™ is designed for senior managers, managers, supervisors and project team leads who are charged with implementing strategy, operational performance and delivering new levels of business results.
