Shaping the Future™ provides a uniquely productive forum in which executive and senior leadership teams can create and fulfill a bold new future for the organization. This intensive development program enables corporate leadership teams to transform their individual and collective leadership impact, while accelerating delivery of significant performance gains and the orchestration of organization-wide change.
Shaping the Future™ is central to the formulation and implementation of a new future direction, and ultimate achievement of corporate goals. In addition to obtaining new leadership tools and practices, members of the leadership team are coached—both individually and as a group—to enhance their effectiveness in establishing a culture consistent with the future they intend, as well as addressing specific business demands as they arise.
Designed for executive and senior leadership teams of up to 15 people, Shaping the Future™ is typically delivered in five three-day residential sessions over the course of six to twelve months.
