Once an agreement to join forces has been reached, the real challenge begins: that of two or more companies – in the context of high expectations and often little or no experience working together – partnering to produce superior results. JMW has supported more than 50 major alliances and partnership projects around the globe over the past two decades. A number of these projects have set new standards in their regions and/or industries for collaborative high performance.
