Intervention or Re-Launch
For existing alliances seeking to elevate performance, what is often required is an intervention designed to create a new chapter for their partnership. The result is an
invigorated team with a new sense of what is possible and a plan that will
deliver a new level of results.
JMW's Intervention or Re-Launch service begins with an Alliance Performance Assessment and proceeds with a process specifically tailored to recreate the spirit of the partnership
and raise performance to new levels. JMW works with alliance leaders in a series of working sessions to quickly move beyond complaints and issues toward real partnership behavior
focused on results. The working sessions are supplemented by one-on-one coaching for key alliance leaders. Over a period of three months or less, leaders are left with an alliance
in action, continuously creating opportunities and new openings for increased value creation and elevated performance.
