David Spiwack is one of JMW’s three founding partners. He serves as an advisor and coach to senior executives at leading global corporations worldwide. In this capacity, he also provides oversight to global client engagements, often including onsite delivery of consulting services to the organizations’ top leaders.
David has helped clients facing challenges such as: organizations in need of performance transformation; companies seeking to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability; executives seeking counsel as they lead organizations through unprecedented change; leaders seeking new capabilities to impact performance and delivery; and partnerships and teams in need of realignment and renewal.
David has consulted with and contributed to the development of executives, executive teams, and leaders accountable for innovation and results delivery in sectors including mining, oil and gas, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, technology, defense, and the Federal Government. His experience includes engagements with clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore.
As the person responsible for new program design at JMW, David has developed unique offerings such as JMW’s The Leader of the Future® program, which numerous clients name as the most significant development experience of their careers. He is also responsible for the design of development programs for JMW’s professional staff.
David led a consortium consisting of JMW, London Business School, and The Centre For Creative Leadership. “Trailblazer,” the resulting program to develop a client company’s next generation of leaders, was cited by Business Week as an example of leading edge innovation in business education.
David’s experience includes work with clients such as BHP Billiton, IRS, BP, Procter & Gamble, Boeing, Rio Tinto, Chubb, Shell, and TRW.
