These positions will be accountable for representing JMW in the marketplace; selling and delivering the company's services to their chosen markets; supporting
the development of junior staff; and contributing to the overall development of the company.

Qualifications:
- Interested in helping to build the next era of a growing and dynamic firm
- Consulting background in the professional services industry
- Background in principles of and consulting/coaching in personal and organizational transformation
- Strong interest in organizational change and change management
- OD Consulting or Leadership Development training experience
- Engaging workshop presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Track record in selling and delivering services
- Experience in client engagement management
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Entrepreneurial skills, generative self-starter
- Polished and professional manner
The following qualifications are a plus:
- Foreign language skills
- Prior publications and/or strong writing skills
- Experience speaking at conferences and delivering talks
