JMW has current openings for Senior Consultants both in the United States and in the United Kingdom.

These positions will be accountable for representing JMW in the marketplace; selling and delivering the company's services to their chosen markets; supporting the development of junior staff; and contributing to the overall development of the company.

Qualifications:

• Interested in helping to build the next era of a growing and dynamic firm
• Consulting background in the professional services industry
• Background in principles of and consulting/coaching in personal and organizational transformation
• Strong interest in organizational change and change management
• OD Consulting or Leadership Development training experience
• Engaging workshop presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Track record in selling and delivering services
• Experience in client engagement management
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Entrepreneurial skills, generative self-starter
• Polished and professional manner

The following qualifications are a plus:

• Foreign language skills
• Prior publications and/or strong writing skills
• Experience speaking at conferences and delivering talks

• The other is US-based with a North and South America travel focus
