From major industrial companies to financial services and start-ups, Bob has helped executives and their organizations with strategy development, operations optimization and organizational transformation. His unique broad set of experiences, combined with insight and perspective, help clients create astounding results.
Bob’s areas of expertise includes Executive and Management coaching, supporting leaders, teams and organizations in producing unprecedented performance, team alignment, team interventions and the delivery of leadership development programs.
As an example, Bob worked with the Executive of an Oil Exploration and Production company to create and deliver a new strategy which resulted in the company’s market capitalization doubling over three years. He also helped the CIO of one company to reduce costs by 25% and in another engagement supported an energy infrastructure company to triple its value over three years.
Prior to joining JMW, Bob spent 20 years at CSC Index, one of the world’s leading management consulting firms. At Index, Bob pioneered the development of Business Re-engineering and created the first set of methods and approaches to business process transformation. He also participated in the development of “Value Disciplines”, a powerful tool for creating market strategies.
Bob has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and lives in Boston. He is married with three adult children and volunteers extensively.
