Karen Jepp has over 20 years’ experience as a Leadership Development, Consulting and Performance Coaching professional.

Karen joined the JMW Asia Pacific Team in 2008.  Since then, she has designed and led over 35 bespoke programs for over 1,000 participants, including being the Primary Leader of the Public Program open to C-Suite Executives and Senior Leaders from a range of different organisations and industries.

Specialising in designing and leading customised leadership development programs, Karen has worked with all levels to build systemic leadership beginning with members of the Board and Executive teams right through to designing modules to be delivered by front-line staff to their teams, live on-site.

Karen has developed capability and made significant performance interventions in support of real performance shifts and organisational transformation for companies including The Palladium Group, The Victoria’s Environmental Protection Authority, Goulburn Murray Water, Yarra Valley Water, South East Water, City West Water, Southern Rural Water, North Central Catchment Authority, Leighton Contractors (now CPB) and HKA.

Karen has consulted with over 20 companies and large-capital projects either as Engagement Manager, Leadership Development Program Leader/Consultant or as a Co-Leader with peers. As a Coach, she has supported both public and private organisations from a range of industries including International Aid and Development, Water and Power Utilities, Infrastructure, Defense, Oil & Gas, Mining, Loyalty & Retail.

The range of public and private sector large-scale capital projects she’s supported include: RTA Ballina Bypass Alliance, TIDC K2RQ Rail Upgrade Project, Energy 2 U Project, RTA Hume Highway Upgrade Project, NZ Stronger Christchurch Rebuild Project and the Air Warfare Destroyer Alliance. Her work with one client, RTA Ballina Bypass Alliance was recently featured in Harvard Business Review.

Karen attended Flinders University majoring in Economics and Japanese, has a Diploma IV in performance arts, and is certified as both a Bikram and Fierce Grace yoga teacher.
